创业研究绿色化趋势探析与可持续创业整合框架构建

摘要：

在全球积极谋求可持续发展的背景下,创业研究也呈现出一定的绿色化趋势。本文首先按照Elkington提出的三底线原则评析了创业研究从单纯关注经济底线朝着同时关注经济、社会和环境三重底线的转向所引发的研究新态势,然后对照Timmons的创业三要素模型比较分析了三种不同价值取向的创业活动呈现出来的不同"机会—团队—资源"关系,据此梳理了可持续创业研究的基本发展脉络,构建了一个可持续创业整合框架,并从"可持续性"和"发展性"两个方面来阐释可持续创业,最后指出了后续研究方向。
