摘要：

公共安全数据管理是近年来兴起的一个交叉学科研究领域。文章梳理了公共安全数据管理兴起的背景,从"数据管理""数据监管"和"数据治理"等不同概念下开展的数据研究出发,辨析并明确了公共安全数据管理的内涵,重点对公共安全数据管理的主要研究内容进行了归纳,并总结了公共安全数据管理给相关研究与实践提出的新问题。
