国外公共信息服务研究述评

摘要：

论文选取Web of Science数据库进行数据检索,利用CiteSpaceⅡ和SATI分析工具对国外近五十年公共信息服务研究的论文进行定量统计,发现国外公共信息服务研究比较分散,大多为孤立研究,持续跟踪研究较少,并侧重于用户、服务机构、管理政策以及服务评估这四方面。通过对近十五年国外公共信息服务进展的分析,为我国公共信息服务领域的研究和发展提供有价值的借鉴。
