摘要：

神经功能损害是脑卒中引起的主要症状,对神经系统损害的程度进行确切描述、评估可以指导治疗决策,并预测后续治疗方案和长期结局。量表是评估神经功能缺损程度的最佳工具,目前,临床特异性神经功能缺损程度评估量表较多。本文对常见的特异性神经功能缺损程度评估量表进行介绍,包括量表的概况、临床应用及优缺点,以期有利于指导神经功能缺损程度评估量表的临床应用和科学研究。
