“双循环”背景下中国双向FDI与绿色创新效率——基于市场化水平的调节分析

摘要：

随着“双循环”新发展格局的建立和“引进来”与“走出去”战略的逐步实施，中国双向FDI对绿色发展发挥着重要作用。基于中国30个省份2013-2018年的面板数据，本文利用三阶段DEA模型测度绿色创新效率，考察中国FDI、OFDI与绿色创新效率的市场化水平门槛效应。研究结果表明：考察期内我国绿色创新效率显著提升但发展不均衡，中西部地区的绿色创新效率较为接近，与东部地区相差较大；中国FDI、OFDI与绿色创新效率之间存在显著的市场化水平双重门槛，随着市场化水平提升，FDI对绿色创新效率的影响系数呈下降趋势并且由正转负，OFDI对绿色创新效率的影响系数呈上升趋势并且由负转正，均存在显著的门槛效应特征。
