摘要：

短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)被认为是脑卒中的先兆,可导致进展性卒中或完全性卒中。然而,传统的TIA定义已不符合当前的脑缺血概念。越来越多的证据显示,需要对现有的TIA的定义、病理基础、处理原则及其脑保护作用进行重新认识。
