产业创新网络中核心企业控制力能够促进知识溢出吗?

摘要
产业竞争力离不开创新网络,离不开核心企业以及与之相伴生的知识溢出效应。创新资源分布的分散性、创新主体行为的补偿性,以及基于历史或惯例形成的社会结构等因素促发产业创新网络的形成。本文在提出核心企业控制力的概念基础上,整合产业创新网络和知识溢出相关理论,阐释核心企业控制力悖论问题,即在知识溢出效应影响下,产业创新网络中的核心企业控制力一方面可能强化了核心企业对网络中非核心企业(主要是中小企业)的控制,另一方面也使得非核心企业有可能逐渐摆脱核心企业控制。研究发现,产业创新网络中存在核心企业控制力;核心企业控制悖论源于核心企业控制力对知识溢出的直接效应和中介效应。其中,核心企业控制力对知识溢出的直接效应更大;关系质量和知识转移是核心企业控制力与知识溢出的中介变量,知识转移中介效应更为明显。
