收入差距、社会资本与健康水平——基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)的实证分析

摘要：

收入分配状况的日益恶化会影响居民的健康水平,而中国是一个传统的关系型社会,社会资本不仅对健康水平发挥重要作用,也可能加强或减弱收入差距对健康的影响。本文使用中国家庭追踪调查2010年和2012年的数据研究了收入差距、社会资本及其交互作用对中国居民健康水平的影响,并对相关影响机制进行了探讨。本文发现收入差距的扩大对居民健康水平有显著的负向作用,社会资本对居民健康水平有显著正向作用,并且减轻了收入差距对健康的负面影响,这一结果尤其体现在保障机制不健全的农村地区。收入差距通过减少医疗资源的配置从而对健康产生负面影响,社会资本却通过其促进民间借贷和亲友间转移支付的作用,以及其对医疗资源获取和保健行为的正向作用,充当了收入差距扩大负面影响的"缓冲剂"。
