摘要：

<正>引言卒中是导致人类致残和致死的主要病因之一,急性缺血性卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)约占全部卒中的80%。AIS治疗的关键在于尽早开通阻塞血管、挽救缺血半暗带。目前,被证实有效的AIS早期再通的治疗方法是静脉注射重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(recombinant tissue plasminogen activator,rt-PA)溶栓[1-3]。最新发表的9大溶
