组织多元应对策略前沿研究评述:从“制度逻辑”到“组织身份”

摘要：

"制度逻辑"和"组织身份"是组织多元化应对策略研究领域中近年引入的两个重要分析视角。文章首先对这两个视角本身的内涵、产生背景以及针对的问题进行了系统的介绍;其次,从"关注焦点"、"研究重心"、"驱动机制"、"来源"和"合法性机制"等维度对这两个视角下的研究进行了对比,并讨论他们各自研究的优势与不足。在此基础上,文章提出了一个整合分析框架,尝试从"场域制度逻辑中心度"和"组织身份——制度逻辑兼容度"两个维度对组织多元应对策略进行更为全面的解释。最后,我们对相关主题的研究进行了适当的展望。
