氧化应激与阿尔茨海默病以及抗氧化治疗研究进展

摘要：

氧化应激机制是导致阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者神经元变性及功能丧失的主要原因之一,它可与β淀粉样肽(Aβ)相互作用,激活信号通路而促进AD发生及进展,积极的抗氧化措施可预防、延缓、治疗AD。检测外周血氧化应激标志物可反映氧化应激水平及指导抗氧化治疗。目前应用的抗氧化剂包括生理性、天然、化学合成三类,其作用机制各有异同。本文综述了氧化应激与阿尔茨海默病关系以及抗氧化治疗的最新研究进展。
