合作网络可以诱发企业创新吗?——基于网络多样性与创新链视角的再审视

摘要：

基于经济发展与制度转型的背景,本文从网络多样性以及创新链的视角,利用世界银行2012年针对中国企业运营情况的调查数据,研究了合作网络在企业创新中所起到的重要作用。研究发现,(1)在区分了企业工艺创新与产品创新的前提下,合作网络多样性显著提高了企业开展创新活动的概率,且主要有利于企业产品创新的开展,而对工艺创新的影响并不显著;(2)依据创新链视角重新划分三种企业合作网络后发现,"企业-客户"网络与"企业-研究组织"网络都显著增加了企业创新的可能性;但是"企业-供应商"网络却对阻碍了企业开展创新活动;同时,不同的合作网络对产品创新与工艺创新的影响也表现出差异性;(3)在区分高技术行业与中低技术行业后,合作网络对前者的影响要大于后者。
