缺血和缺氧后急性肾功能衰竭的发病机制一直是国内外研究的焦点,目前认为缺血后再灌注早期肾脏病理生理过程是影响急性肾功能衰竭发生、发展和预后的关键,本文综述了缺血再灌注早期肾损伤的介导因素和防治措施的最新进展。
