使用电子政务能够提高公众的政府信任吗?

摘要：

政府信任是政府管理、政策执行的前提和基础,对国家治理的重要性不言而喻。随着互联网时代的到来,电子政务的广泛建立和深入发展为政府信任改善带来新的机遇。本研究以上海、深圳、天津、武汉、长沙、重庆、成都和沈阳共八个城市3 120名受访者的问卷调查结果为研究样本,检验公众对电子政务的使用程度、使用满意度与公众的政府信任之间的关系。回归分析结果表明,在使用程度方面,信息查询使用程度对政府信任的影响不具有显著性,在线申办使用程度对政府信任具有显著的正向影响,而在线参与使用程度对政府信任具有显著的负向影响;在使用满意度方面,信息查询满意度、在线申办满意度和在线参与满意度均对使用者的政府信任有显著的正向影响。
