摘要：

脑侧支循环的建立是脑缺血后的一种继发性代偿机制。脑缺血后,内源性促血管生长因子表达上调,启动血管发生和动脉生成,加速缺血区侧支循环的建立。部分药物可促进缺血性卒中后的侧支循环建立,有可能改善患者预后。
