期望绩效反馈效果对企业研发和慈善捐赠行为的影响

摘要
本文以中国A股制造业上市公司为研究样本,对期望绩效反馈和企业研发、慈善捐赠行为之间的关系进行了理论探讨和实证检验,并进一步考察了资本市场的绩效压力和分析师关注度的调节作用。研究结果表明:第一,当企业未实现组织期望绩效时,实际绩效低于组织期望绩效程度越大,企业研发和慈善捐赠行为都将增加;第二,当企业未实现组织期望绩效时,比较于资本市场绩效压力较小的公司,资本市场绩效压力较大的公司,期望绩效反馈对研发行为正向影响作用减弱,然而对慈善捐赠行为的正向影响作用却增强;第三,分析师关注度能有效地降低管理者与股东之间的信息不对称,当未实现组织期望绩效时,比较于分析师关注度较低的公司,分析师关注度较高公司的期望绩效反馈对研发行为的正向影响作用增强;然而对慈善捐赠行为的正向影响作用却减弱。
