国企改革：在摸索与争论中前进

摘要：

本文回顾了过去三十年国企改革历程,但本文并不是对国企改革历史事件的简单重现,而是着重阐述推动国企改革的内在逻辑及其理论依据。我们可以发现,国企的弊端是随着非国企的发展而逐渐暴露而逐渐被我们所认识。在此过程中相关的争论不断,但却引导我们将改革不断向前推进。总体而言,国企改革也是一个在中央权威的掌控下发生的自发的、不断探索的渐进过程,呈现出国退民进的大趋势。
