企业社会责任信息披露与创新绩效——基于“强制披露时代”中国上市公司的实证研究

摘要
基于2008年12月我国政府强制要求部分企业披露社会责任(CSR)报告这一准自然实验,采用PSM-DID方法分析强制CSR披露对企业创新绩效的影响。研究表明,强制CSR披露显著促进了企业创新绩效的提升,表现为专利申请总数的增长,特别是发明专利数量显著增加;同时,这种促进作用在信息不对称程度较高、企业融资约束程度较大、代理冲突较明显的企业中更加凸显,说明强制CSR披露促进企业创新的作用机制是缓解创新过程中的信息不对称和代理问题。进一步研究发现,强制CSR披露的促进作用主要集中在披露质量较高与政治社会风险较大的企业;且在强制披露后,企业获得了更多的商业信用融资和银行贷款。
