市场化改革、企业业绩与国有企业经理薪酬

摘要
本文结合国有企业市场化改革的制度背景,就市场化改革对国有企业经理薪酬契约的影响进行了理论分析和实证检验。研究发现,市场化进程增强了国有企业经理薪酬之于企业业绩的敏感性,同时,相对于会计业绩而言,市场业绩在薪酬契约中的作用有逐渐增加的迹象。进一步研究表明,行业保护和政府控制级别影响了市场力量塑造国有企业经理薪酬契约的能力。研究还发现,市场化改革可能降低了国有企业的在职消费水平。本文为市场力量推动国有企业治理结构的动态变迁这一假说提供了经验证据。
