摘要：

<正>脑卒中是目前人类常见致死率及致残率均较高的疾病之一。据世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)统计,2005年全世界大约有570万脑卒中患者死亡,约6 200万脑卒中患者幸存,且大部分幸存者均遗留有不同程度功能障碍,这些功能障碍是妨碍脑卒中患者回归家庭及社会的最主要原因,故针对脑卒中患者的康复治疗具有重要的社会及临床意义。
