农户社会资本对农民家庭收入的影响分析

摘要：

本文分析了社会资本对农户收入的影响,揭示社会资本影响农户收入的作用机制。农户社会资本可细分为12个维度,在社会资本影响农户收入的过程中,社会资本有8个维度即认同感、资源网络、互惠、关系满意度、冲突处理、网络密度、关系延续性和网络邻近性等会直接影响农户收入。并且,资源网络和关系延续性会作为中介因子对其他维度影响农户收入的过程产生中介作用。资源网络对关系满意度影响农户收入具有完全中介作用,对认同感影响农户收入则只是部分中介;关系延续性则对认同感、互惠、网络邻近性、网络密度和冲突处理等影响农户收入发挥部分中介作用;这两个变量的中介作用可同时起作用。
