摘要：

本文通过回顾近二十年来有关基础设施与经济发展间关系的理论机制、经验研究及影响因素等热点问题发现:基础设施的重要性得到了理论研究和经验检验的支持,但其贡献度检验尚无定论;政治环境和地方分权是影响基础设施投资的两大主要政治利益因素;基础设施投资实践中的融资渠道、规模优化与结构配置等问题尚需进一步细化论证。
