制造型企业金融化抑制了技术创新吗?——基于我国制造业上市公司的经验研究

摘要：

以我国制造型企业上市公司为样本,实证检验制造型企业金融化对技术创新的影响,并将我国制造型企业面临的融资约束纳入到金融化对技术创新影响的分析框架之中,分析融资约束在两者之间的作用。实证结果表明:制造型企业金融化抑制了技术创新;制造型企业金融化与技术创新之间的关系还受到企业融资约束的影响;当企业面临较大的融资约束时,金融化对技术创新产生了抑制效应;当企业面临较小的融资约束时,金融化对技术创新产生了促进作用。最终结合实证研究结论,提出推进我国金融供给侧改革、破除制造型企业融资约束、提升技术创新能力的政策建议。
