摘要：

<正>帕金森病是最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,在长达近200年的认识过程中,其非运动症状（non-motor symptom,NMS）得到的关注明显少于运动症状。NMS的临床表现多样,涉及睡眠、情绪、认知障碍等多个领域,大多数帕金森病患者早期即有NMS,这正是降低患者生活质量的重要原因之一[1-2]。因此,加强对NMS的早期筛查及长程管理至关重
