<正>作为典型的运动障碍性疾病,帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)主要以经典的四大运动症状(震颤、肌强直、动作迟缓及姿势平衡障碍)为主要表现。然而不可忽视的是,除运动症状之外,绝大多数患者在病程中会出现感觉症状、睡眠障碍、自主神经功能紊乱、神经精神症状及行为障碍等在内的症候群(表1),即非运动症状(non-motorsymptoms)。回顾历史,早在200年前,英国医师詹姆士·帕金森(James Parkinson)在其描述PD的第1篇文献中即有对患者出现便秘、疼痛等非运动
