摘要
在网络关系竞争时代,连锁董事是公司治理领域的一个重要现象和新的研究方向,日益受到学术界和企业界的广泛关注。本文对国外研究脉络和主要观点进行了梳理和分析,主要涉及连锁董事及其网络的概念、连锁董事网络的成因及相关理论、连锁董事网络结构的测度方法、连锁董事网络治理对企业行为和价值的影响效应等方面,讨论了该领域的最新进展、动态和趋势,并在此基础上提出了未来关于连锁董事网络研究的主要方向和核心内容。
