社会网络范式下的知识管理研究述评

摘要：

社会网络视角下的知识管理研究是一种新兴的知识管理研究范式,也是目前组织管理和知识管理领域的关注焦点。本文综合回顾了社会网络理论和社会网络分析方法在知识管理领域的应用历史,确认了两个具体的应用领域和三个研究方向。针对当前研究过程中的不足和缺陷,本文对未来的研究方向提出了建议。
