制度邻近、技术邻近与产学协同创新绩效——基于产学联合专利数据的研究

摘要：

基于邻近性的视角,利用国家知识产权局专利检索数据库提供的产学联合申请并授权的发明专利数据,采用负二项式回归分析方法,实证分析了企业和大学之间的多维邻近性对产学协同创新绩效的影响,重点关注制度邻近与技术邻近的影响,以及地理邻近与技术邻近之间是否存在交互作用。研究得出如下主要结论:企业和大学之间的制度邻近对产学协同创新绩效的促进作用并不显著;技术邻近对产学协同创新绩效的影响是倒U型的,且这种倒U形关系受到地理邻近的负向调节作用;与一般预期不一致的是,研究结果显示地理距离并不会负向影响产学协同创新绩效。
