摘要：

目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、D二聚体(D-dimer)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化及临床意义。方法:急性脑梗死患者53例。患者在发病后24h内抽静脉血抗凝,测定其血浆D-dimer、Fbg及Hcy含量,并与50例健康对照组进行比较。测定时患者和对照组均未接受任何止血、凝血药物。结果:急性脑梗死患者血浆Fbg、D-dimer和Hcy水平显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:观察血浆Fbg、D-dimer和Hcy的水平变化对脑梗死的诊断和病情判断具有重要的指导意义。
