摘要：

全球气候变化和城市化进程的加快,以及洪涝灾害频发,促使人们更加关注洪涝灾害造成的经济损失。恢复力是评估灾害经济损失需要考虑的重要因素,但目前几乎没有文献对考虑恢复力的洪涝灾害损失评估的研究进行综述。该文论述了恢复力在洪灾损失评估中的重要性,界定了洪灾恢复力的内涵,总结了目前测度洪灾恢复力的主要思路,重点梳理了影响洪灾恢复力的因素。从评估尺度和评估方法两个方面对考虑恢复力的洪灾损失评估的相关研究做了述评,最后对未来研究进行了展望。
