制度嵌入与民营企业环保担当

摘要：

"绿色发展"是新时代"五大发展理念"之一,而企业主体的环保担当是贯彻落实绿色发展理念的重要基础。在同一制度背景下,中国企业呈现出高度异质化的环保担当,其内在原因是企业的制度嵌入存在差异。在当前阶段,影响民营企业环保担当的制度嵌入主要包括政治嵌入、国际市场嵌入和行业协会嵌入。结合统计年鉴和全国私营企业调查数据的实证检验结果表明:民营企业的政治嵌入、国际市场嵌入和行业协会嵌入程度与环保担当显著正相关;政治和市场嵌入不能相互替代,两者存在显著的协同关系。文章揭示了环保制度与企业的环保担当之间的微观作用机理,对制定贯彻落实绿色发展理念、提升民营企业环保绩效的政策具有参考价值。
