摘要：

企业动态能力是目前创业研究中聚焦的一个关键问题。本文以270家孵化器入孵企业为样本,探究在中国背景下,进行初创企业动态能力的测量,通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,结论对我们初创型企业发展具有重要借鉴意义。
