信任、团队互动与知识共享行为的关系研究

摘要：

探讨了信任、团队互动和知识共享行为之间的关系,构建了研究模型,采用实证研究的方法,以研发团队为调研对象,通过对162名团队成员的数据进行回归分析,发现信任和团队互动对知识共享行为有显著性正向影响,信任对团队互动有显著性正向影响。结果还发现,团队互动在信任和知识共享行为之间起中介作用。
