摘要：

促进创业活动、实现新创企业的健康成长已成为当前学术界、业界和政府关注的焦点之一。剖析了新创企业成长适应与变革的特质,提出了基于创业学习和动态能力的新创企业成长支持模型,并阐释了三者之间的层次关系与作用机理。最后,通过实证分析验证了提出的机理模型,为新创企业以创业学习和动态能力为核心的成长策略提供了理论依据与经验证据。
