产学研合作创新知识整合影响因素研究

摘要：

结合产学研合作创新知识整合的目标和过程,构建了产学研合作创新知识整合的影响因素模型,并提出了假设。运用统计软件SPSS17.0和结构方程模型统计软件Amos17.0,对通过设计调查问卷收集到的相关数据进行量化分析。实证结果表明:知识整合手段、产学研合作双方的共有知识、合作创新技术特性、产学研合作创新组织氛围和产学研合作双方的知识整合意愿对产学研合作创新知识整合绩效有显著性影响,但产学研合作创新组织的知识整合能力对知识整合绩效不具有显著性影响。
