摘要：

组织韧性是当今企业在多变、不确定、复杂、模糊的情境下应对危机的核心能力。本文通过对过去5年英文顶级期刊文献的梳理和整合,系统地归纳了西方文献对组织韧性的定义、前因、调节变量、作用机制、过程、效果6个维度的最新研究,在此基础上提出了包括反弹恢复和反超改进两个重要维度的组织韧性的新内涵,分析了组织韧性在不同阶段中不同资源/能力要素的组合特征和作用机制,并从阴阳平衡和动态能力视角诠释了组织韧性带来的短期生存和长期成长相辅相成的结果,以此提出理论框架和实践建议。本文为企业在面对逆境时实现反弹生存、进而另辟蹊径实现反超改进提供了新的思路与解法,同时也可为中国情境下的组织韧性研究提供启示。
