摘要
<正>神经节苷脂(ganglioside,GS)是一组含有唾液酸糖鞘脂,由亲水的含唾液酸的寡糖链和疏水的神经酞胺组成。在脊椎动物各组织的细胞膜上广泛存在,尤其以中枢神经系统中含量最高[1]。目前已分离鉴定出70余种GS,神经节苷脂的命名通常采用Svennerholm命名法[2]。大写字母"G"代表神经节苷脂,紧接着的字母"M、D、T、Q、P、H或S"则代表1~7个唾液酸的数量;用5减糖基数之差标示含相同数量唾液酸但不同糖基数的神经节苷脂,如1表示4个糖基,2表示3
