摘要：

探讨了链式集群企业多维网络关系通过二元式组织学习影响创新绩效的作用机理,对福建省三个链式产业集群数据的实证研究表明:链式集群网络关系广度、关系强度及关系质量对企业创新绩效均有显著的影响:组织学习在企业网络关系和创新绩效之间起着重要的中介作用,但探索式学习和利用式学习在不同作用路径中的中介效应存在较大的差异.因此,链式集群网络背景下企业应重视多维网络关系的建立和调整,加强及平衡二元式组织学习,并适时通过网络关系和组织学习的双向动态调整,提高其创新绩效.
