摘要：

数字化时代下,数字化技术与创业的深度嵌入与融合正在重塑产业组织与实体经济形态,因此需要对数字化时代的创业理论和实践进行深入探讨与分析。本文在对比传统创业与数字创业特性的基础上,从数字创业的起步、实施和产出三个阶段深入分析数字技术对创业的影响机理,并进一步探析我国数字创业未来发展趋势与战略路径。研究发现,数字平台的开放性和自生长性降低了创业的学习成本和资源获取门槛,而数字平台的开放治理模式为异质性和动态性的创业团队形成提供了基础。面对我国海量和异质性用户的市场,创业主体需要不断提升企业核心能力,制度设计者需要动态地前瞻性地营造良好的数字创业服务政策环境,从而共同推动我国数字创业生态的培育和优化。
