摘要：

创业学习处于公司创业过程研究的中心,但有关创业学习的研究起步较晚。对国外有关创业学习的模型进行了梳理,阐述和分析了不同学者提出的创业学习模型,并对这些模型进行了简评,指出了进一步构建创业学习模型的方向。
