摘要：

文章介绍了创业学习研究的产生背景,回顾了国外近几年创业学习研究中出现的重要模型,从创业学习的来源、过程和结果三个维度对这些模型进行了比较和分析,突出了每个模型的创新要点,指出了社会建构和效果逻辑推理等理论的引入对于深入理解创业学习的重要意义,在此基础上总结了创业学习作为动态过程观的特点以及创业学习的影响因素。最后,文章指出了创业学习的未来研究方向。
