供应链整合与企业绩效的关系研究——基于Meta分析

摘要：

采用Meta分析方法,基于2000-2015年间的57个独立研究样本,研究了供应链整合对企业绩效的影响,并进一步探讨了供应链整合各个维度对企业绩效的影响,最后运用Meta二元分析和Meta回归分析探究了潜在调节变量对两者关系的调节作用。研究表明:供应链整合对企业绩效有中等强度的正向影响;内部整合、供应商整合、顾客整合均对企业绩效具有显著正向影响。两者关系还受到企业规模、市场环境、国家文化、取样地区以及绩效测量类型的调节。具体来说,大型企业相对中小型企业实施整合的效果更好;市场环境稳定时的整合要好于市场环境动荡时的整合;集体主义文化更有益于整合的实施;发展中地区相对发达地区整合的绩效更好;供应链整合最直接的作用是促进企业非财务绩效的提升。
