技术驱动、政府推动与企业探索性创新——基于产业竞争范式和制度理论的双重视角

摘要
基于产业竞争框架和制度理论视角,理论探讨并实证检验了技术驱动与政府支持对于企业探索性创新的影响机理、作用效果及其潜在差异,并进一步研究了市场供需因素和竞争因素对于以上路径的影响。根据303家企业的配对调研数据实证分析得出以下结论:技术驱动和政府支持对于企业探索性创新均有正向促进效果,而二者的效果没有显著差异;此外,需求不确定性越高,技术动荡与探索性创新的正向关系增强,相反却使得政府支持与探索性创新的正向关系减弱;竞争强度越高,技术动荡与探索性创新的正向关系减弱。
