核心企业与商业生态系统的案例研究:互利共生与捕食共生战略

摘要：

全球经济一体化环境突显了核心企业对商业生态系统的深刻影响。本研究以宇通和北汽为案例研究对象,深入探讨了核心企业与商业生态系统互利共生与捕食共生战略理论。西方学者广泛认同Iansiti和Levien提出的企业在商业生态系统扮演四类角色,但它们还是太复杂。本研究既吸收西方商业生态系统理论的精华,回到生态学隐喻的视角,又融合中国优秀传统文化,以此构建"两仪"悖论相关理论。本研究提出了"互利共生"、"捕食共生"的概念,揭示了两类共生战略的模型、作用机理、融合通道和本质特征。互利共生与捕食共生的"两仪"悖论揭示了事物的本质特征。本研究还探讨了Iansiti和Levien提出的四种角色的动态演化路径。长期以来,传统战略侧重强调捕食其他企业/组织创造的价值。本研究也强调了互利共生,它促使核心企业及其商业生态系统资源的合理配置和高效协作。本研究识别的两类共生战略有利中国等新兴市场国家的政府和企业构筑健康的商业生态系统。
