<正>吞咽是最复杂的躯体反射之一,需要有口腔、咽、喉、食管功能的协调,各种原因致食物不能经口腔到达胃的过程称为吞咽障碍。吞咽障碍可导致脱水、营养不良、吸入性肺炎甚至窒息死亡;脑卒中是引起吞咽障碍最常见的原因之一[1]。有研究[2]认为,吞咽障碍是脑卒中发生3个月后预后不良的独
