企业家精神与产业升级:基于经济增长原动力的视角

摘要：

企业家精神是推进产业升级的有生力量。在厘清企业家精神对产业升级基本作用特征的基础上,本文利用我国2000—2015年省级面板数据,通过实证研究发现:企业家精神在总体上对产业升级具有显著的促进作用;从分地区的考察来看,企业家精神对产业升级的促进作用主要体现在东中部地区,具有一定的空间异质性;从产业升级演进过程来看,企业家精神对产业升级的促进作用呈现递减态势,其原因是在共同作用于产业升级的过程中,企业家精神与影响产业升级的其他因素,如创新状况、对外开放度、政府支持和人力资本水平等,并没有形成有效的螺旋式上升的促进机制。本文的研究发现不仅提供了将企业家精神内生化产业升级的经验证据,而且丰富了从企业家精神视角来探讨和推进产业升级的学术文献。
