人力资源投资影响企业研发效率吗——基于职工教育投资的视角

摘要：

文章基于沪深两市A股上市企业财务数据,研究了职工教育投资与企业研发效率的关系,并考察了财务杠杆与环境不确定性对二者关系的调节作用,及二者联合效应的影响。研究结果表明,职工教育投资有利于企业研发效率提升;财务杠杆和环境不确定性均对职工教育投资与企业研发效率的正向关系具有约束作用;进一步地,财务杠杆和环境不确定性具有联合调节效应,与低环境不确定性相比,高环境不确定性会放大财务杠杆对职工教育投资与企业研发效率关系的约束作用。本研究为当前环境背景下我国企业研发效率提升和"去杠杆"决策提供了有益参考。
