<正>创伤性脑损伤(Traumatic brain injury,TBI)有较高发生率,是导致创伤病人伤残及死亡的主要原因,严重危害人类健康,给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。创伤后如何更好保存患者神经功能是临床工作者和基础研究工作者面临的重大课题。线粒体和细胞膜在脑创伤后神经细胞恢复过程中挥重要作用,本研究运用改进的Marmarou方法建立大鼠弥漫性脑损伤模型,以依达拉奉(Edaravone)和单唾液酸四
