基于动态能力中介作用的创业拼凑及其功效实证

摘要：

利用212家新企业的调研数据,检验了创业拼凑对新企业绩效的影响,以及动态能力的中介作用。结果表明,创业拼凑对新企业绩效与动态能力具有显著的直接功效;动态能力对新企业绩效具有正向影响,且动态能力在创业拼凑对新企业绩效的影响路径中起部分中介作用,即创业拼凑通过动态能力对新企业绩效具有一定的间接功效。
