“资本—技能互补”假说:理论、验证及其应用

摘要：

"资本—技能互补"假说是指相对于非技能劳动,技能劳动与物质资本的互补性更强。该假说最早由Griliches(1969)正式提出,之后经过许多研究的验证,有丰富的证据支持这一假说。因此,经济学家开始将"资本—技能互补"作为生产函数的基本特征,在此基础上研究就业、收入分配、经济发展与政策评估等领域,取得了丰硕的研究成果。目前,国内研究者逐渐注意到并开始重视"资本—技能互补"在研究中国经济发展中的潜力,一支应用"资本—技能互补"解释中国经济现象及问题的文献正在兴起。
